State Senator Chapin Rose (R-Mahomet) released the following statement after Governor Pritzker signed into law controversial legislation that repeals the Parental Notice of Abortion Act:
“To be clear, this new law is a direct assault on the rights of parents to know what important medical decisions their young children are making, and will potentially strip them of the ability to be able to support their daughters through what is an incredibly tough situation.”
