State Sen. Chapin Rose and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources are hosting two free informational public meetings for landowners who own adjacent property to the previously planned recreational Prairie Wind Trail in Coles, Douglas, and Moultrie counties. The meetings will provide information regarding the transfer of this property from IDNR to the adjacent property owners.
