State Sen. Chapin Rose
(R-Mahomet) presented Erma Spencer with a State of
Illinois Senate Recognition Certificate to honor her 100th Birthday
on October 9. Erma celebrated the milestone with Sen. Rose at the
Liberty Village nursing home in Clinton.
