WHAT: State Senator Chapin Rose, State Rep. Adam Brown, several law enforcement officials from Douglas County, and friends and family of Tommy Martin will host a news conference announcing Route 45, as it passes through Douglas County between Pesotum and Tuscola, as the “Tommy K. Martin Highway,” as a tribute to the late Douglas County Chief Deputy who passed away in 2007 due to injuries sustained in the line of duty.

Note: After the news conference, attendees/media are invited to drive Route 45 to where the Tommy K. Martin Highway sign will be unveiled.
