CHAMPAIGN, IL – State Sen. Chapin Rose (R-Mahomet) has been presented with the “Friend of Education” award by members of the east central Illinois educational community in Region IV. The “Friend of Education” award was in recognition of the Senator’s outstanding service to State of Illinois schools.

ROE 9 is composed of Champaign and Ford counties. ROE 11 is composed of Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Shelby and Moultrie counties. ROE 17 is composed of DeWitt, Livingston and McLean counties. ROE 32 is composed of Iroquois and Kankakee counties. ROE 54 serves Vermilion County.
